Elevate your interior lighting with a striking piece of 1970s Italian lighting artistry. Created by the prestigious Florentine lighting house Banci Firenze, renowned for combining luxury craftsmanship with innovative materials, this large sculptural table lamp is a masterclass in 1970s Italian glamor and Space Age elegance.
The lamp features a solid square base made of polished chrome-plated metal, supporting a central decorative block made of sculpted, textured clear acrylic. When illuminated, the organic acrylic core catches and refracts the light, creating a crystalline glowing texture. The structure is crowned by its original square, silk-screened plexiglass shade, which diffuses light evenly while eliminating glare. Complete with the original maker's mark/logo stamped on the chrome base.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The chrome surface retains a mirror finish with negligible signs of age. The acrylic and silk-screened shade are structurally sound, clean, and free of cracks or yellowing.
Fully serviced, rewired, and safety tested. Fits standard E27 screw-in bulb sockets (compatible with modern LED bulbs). Fully functional for global voltage systems.
