For sale due to surplus. Super beautiful lamp in the color ‘sunrise’, a warm yellow.
The Knit Wit KW60 lamp was designed by Iskos Berlin for the Danish label Made by Hand. It is a floor lamp with a sphere of 60 cm diameter, and the lamp is 160 cm high. Although knitting is an old craft, it had not yet been applied to modern designer lamps. The sphere is knitted from flame-retardant polyester and is available in 12 colors. The combination of this material and the knitting technique makes the Knit Wit KW60 lamp very distinctive and decorative. The light is pleasant and functional, partly due to the opening at the bottom of the sphere. The Knit Wit lamp comes with a black cord of 300 cm.
The lamp is in very good condition; viewed from some angles, it is not completely round, but it never has been.
