Beautiful hand-blown bowl from the "Basun / Blå series." Designed by Bertil Vallien for Kosta Boda Åfors, Sweden, in the 1960s.
Height: 14 cm.
Diameter: 15 cm.
Weight: 724 grams.
In the comprehensive book about Bertil Vallien's work, "Har jag gjort allt det här?" by Björn and Caroline Boode, there's a photo of this bowl on page 92. See the last photo.
Several pages in that book are dedicated to this "Blå serien" (the blue series).
