Bauhaus legend Ludwig Mies van der Rohe designed the Barcelona Chair in collaboration with Lilly Reich in 1929 for the German Pavilion at the World Exhibition in Barcelona. The Barcelona Chair is considered a milestone in the history of modern design.
Frame: Flat spring steel, high-gloss chrome-plated
Upholstery: foam with carefully selected leather cover, with piping and buttons
The Knoll logo and the signature of Mies van der Rohe are embossed into the frame.
