Model Puntfilet by Koninklijke van Kempen en Begeer, with the post horn as a hallmark: heavy, strong silver plating.
Extensive and complete set in good condition in an original wooden case.
Around 1950, Koninklijke van Kempen & Begeer produced silver-plated cutlery in the classic Puntfilet model under the brand name Keltum. The series is recognizable by the subtle, double filigree edge along the handle and was marked with the master craftsman's mark or the Keltum brand featuring the post horn.
Around 1950, this model was known as a very luxurious and popular cutlery set.
Base 90 or 100 silver plating (this means that 90 or 100 grams of silver were used for a standard 12-person cutlery set).
