For sale is an exceptionally decorative and high-quality porcelain bird group by Hutschenreuther.
The finely crafted composition depicts three colorful exotic birds on an artfully modeled branch with three-dimensional foliage. The detailed modeling and elaborate hand-painting give the depiction a particularly lifelike and realistic appearance.
In the 20th century, Hutschenreuther was one of the leading German manufacturers of high-quality porcelain art. Their elaborately modeled and colorfully decorated animal and bird sculptures, in particular, remain highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of decorative porcelain art.
