Product description
Stylish French dressing table or desk designed by Jean-Claude Mahey in the 1970s. This model is characterized by its sleek lines, cream-colored high-gloss lacquer finish, and two symmetrical drawer units set on a brass plinth. A timeless and functional design piece that can be used as a desk, dressing table, or statement piece.
The dressing table is in good vintage condition with signs of wear commensurate with its age. A few spots in the lacquer are visible on the top (see detailed photos). In addition, the brass plinth is slightly curved in places, which is common with this type of furniture. These features do not affect its stability or usability and contribute to the authentic character of the piece.
A beautiful and characterful French design object with character, suitable for lovers of modern and mid-century design.
