Product description
Traditional Japanese Tansu chest of drawers from circa 1910. Manufactured during the late Meiji period to early Taishō period, 1890–1925. This piece of furniture exudes authenticity and character. The construction is still entirely traditional, featuring solid wood and dovetail joints. The cabinet is made of Keyaki (Japanese zelkova). The cabinet has a warm, weathered appearance that has stood the test of time. Functional and charming, this Tansu offers versatile storage space, perfect for storing documents or personal items.
