Product description
This is the Scaramouche musical Jack-in-the-Box, designed by the renowned puppet artist Faith Wick for Enesco. This specific example is the second release in the four-part 'Festivale' series and stands out for its detailed finish and classic appearance.
The box is crafted from wood and richly decorated with a multicolored diamond pattern and rose motifs. Inside is a harlequin with a porcelain face and a fabric collar in black, white, gold, and pink. The mechanism plays the famous melody 'Greensleeves'. This item is a limited and numbered edition, specifically number 6488 of the 7,599 pieces produced worldwide in 1986 in Taiwan. The dimensions of the closed box are 14.5 by 14.5 centimeters.
The item is in very good condition and the original documentation, including the certificate of authenticity, is included. The colors of the decoration and the fabric have been well preserved.
