Product description
Small Italian decorative ceramic piece from the 1960s with a modernist design. Its compact, sculptural form features a side opening, a circular perforation, and a wavy handle, typical of Italian design of the period, reminiscent of Bertoncello's production. The beautiful warm brown glaze with orange undertones, achieved by layering glazes during firing, gives it a slightly speckled appearance characteristic of Italian Mid-Century Modern decorative ceramics. It can be used as a small vase, a trinket dish, a charming sauce boat, or simply as a decorative object.
