Iconic Thonet Cantilever Chair – Mart Stam design (circa 1980)
Beautiful original Thonet cantilever chair, a Bauhaus-style classic designed by Mart Stam. This chair combines timeless design with high seating comfort thanks to the springy steel sled frame and high-quality upholstery.
The chair is in excellent vintage condition and features the original manufacturer's label (see photo). The model is presumably the Thonet S32 or S64, produced around 1980 for Luyben B.V. in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
