Hollywood Regency style wall lamps from the 1970s.Hollywood Regency style wall lamps from the 1970s. The lamps have a spectacular, flower-shaped design, also known as the "Florentine" style. The lampshades are made of gilded metal. The surface of the petals has a hand-finished, antiqued
gold patina, which gives them an elegant, vintage look. The bulb fits into the central socket, which is surrounded by layered leaves, as if sitting in the calyx of an open flower. Thanks to their design, they can be used both as a wall lamp (wall arm) and as a ceiling lamp (plafoniere). When switched on, the metal petals reflect a warm, diffused light, casting spectacular shadows on the wall. The defining designer of the era Hans Kögl is a prominent German figure of the era, who specialized in "Florentine" style lamps. His designs are characterized by the sprawling plant forms, tendrils and leaves that were popular decorations in bourgeois and "Hollywood Regency" interiors of the 70s. The lamp is in beautiful condition, works perfectly. It fits into any interior. I recommend it! Dimensions: 27 cm diameter, protrusion 11 cm + bulb.
