I am selling this beautiful, high-quality bedroom set by Nolte-Cepina due to renting out my apartment. The furniture was purchased from the well-known specialist store Loft Interieur in Roosdaal. It is only 5 years old, is in absolute top condition, and is made of sturdy, durable materials (not cheap DIY).
* Set consists of: Large high-quality bed (200 cm x 190 cm) + matching spacious bedroom wardrobe. Length: 280 cm Width: 71 cm Height: 223 cm (ample storage space).
* Condition: As good as new, very well maintained, smoke-free household.
* New value: 2,663 euros (invoice available). Was an expensive set at the time due to its high quality.
⚠️ IMPORTANT PICK-UP CONDITIONS:
* Location: To be picked up in Middelkerke.
* Floor: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. * Disassembly & Transport: The buyer must disassemble and transport the wardrobe/bed themselves.
* Moving Lift: An external lift/ladder lift is required to get the furniture down. Arranging and paying for this lift is entirely the responsibility of the buyer (local lift services in the Ostend/Middelkerke region can be booked starting from approx. €70 to €90 per hour).
