Product description
Hans Hopfer designed the Kastell sofa for the Neue Wiener Werkstätte. He's the same designer who created the world-famous Mah Jong sofa for Roche Bobois.
Six elements, all upholstered in their original botanical-tropical pattern from the time of production. After decades, the padding remains remarkably firm, and the seating comfort is exceptional.
The Kastell isn't a sofa with a fixed shape. It's a system. L-shape, U-shape, open grouping, individual armchairs. You decide how you want to live.
Condition: Good for its age. Slight pilling is present only on the backs of some modules; this is not visible when the sofa is set up. Seating and visible surfaces are immaculate.
