This hand-painted Chinese ginger jar in the Famille Noir style is a refined example of Asian ceramics from the 1950s–1960s. The object is distinguished by its deep black background, which forms a strong contrast with the vibrant, multicolored decorations of landscapes and floral motifs. The vase is crafted from porcelain and features detailed, hand-painted scenes in cartouches.
