This decorative object was designed by Willy Johansson for the Norwegian glass manufacturer Hadeland. It is a stylized sculpture of a polar bear, crafted from opaline glass, which gives the piece a distinctive, soft appearance.
The sculpture is finished in a cream color and displays the flowing lines typical of Scandinavian design from the 1960s. The material, opaline glass, ensures subtle light transmission and a smooth finish. The object features the inscription 'HADELAND' on the underside, confirming its provenance.
