With my fascination with trees I have gradually become known, portraits of trees I call them. Visible in the form is what has happened in the life of the tree. Growing cheerfully free, reaching for the sky, but also ravaged, bent by the wind, torn down, sawed and chopped, with growing seasons and always a home for birds and insects. Trees live in another time zone with ages far beyond our own. Year: 2023 Image size: 27 x 32 cm. Frame size: 40 x 46 cm. The frame is a recycled black wooden frame with signs of use befitting its age.
