Jan Leenknegt – Unique Glass Sculpture / Garden Statue / Glass Art
Exceptional freestanding glass sculpture by the Belgian glass artist Jan Leenknegt (1950).
The artwork consists of mouth-blown colored glass in flowing red and rose tones combined with blue tones, set in a black metal frame. Due to the transparent glass, the sculpture changes throughout the day with the angle of the light. It comes into its own particularly beautifully in sunlight.
Jan Leenknegt specializes in monumental glass sculptures and stained glass. His freestanding sculptures are individually designed and are unique works. For his outdoor sculptures, he uses a galvanized and powder-coated metal frame, making them suitable for placement in the garden.
The sculpture stands on a natural stone pedestal and is a real eye-catcher in a garden, on a terrace, or at an entrance. Artist: Jan Leenknegt
