Product description
Art Deco candlestick, made in 1935 in the Belgian factory Val Saint Lambert, 'Griffon' model (on the base you can see four mythological animals called Griffons). These candlesticks were made in several versions, this one combining transparent and mat glass, a combination which, in our opinion, enhances the piece the most. Dimensions: 27.5×13×13 cm. It features a notch in the glass - see last photos.
A closer look reveals the fine lines and irregularities typical of Luxval glass, as well as the small air bubbles, which are clearly visible in the transparent part and reveal its handcrafted character.
