Original vintage Glashütte Limburg Model 2484 flush-mount wall or ceiling light, made in Germany circa the 1960s–1970s.
The lamp features a beautifully detailed clear moulded-glass shade with an elaborate raised pattern combining floral, leaf, geometric and starburst motifs. The deep relief of the glass catches and refracts the light, producing decorative highlights and an attractive play of light across the surrounding wall or ceiling.
Its compact, low-profile form makes it particularly suitable for a hallway, entrance, bedroom, living room, dining area, stairway or any interior inspired by Mid-Century Modern, Space Age, modernist, retro or eclectic design.

CONDITION
The lamp is in very good vintage condition.
The clear glass shade is in excellent condition, with no visible chips or cracks. The metal mounting base shows light scratches, a dark black patina and minor age-related surface wear. These traces are consistent with the age and authentic vintage character of the lamp.
The E27 bulb holder is in good condition. The lamp has been carefully cleaned of superficial dirt and loose surface rust while preserving its original patina.

As with all vintage electrical lighting, professional installation and a final safety inspection by a qualified electrician are recommended before use.
