Superb antique mirror with a gilt and copper-plated carved wooden frame, showcasing refined and balanced decorative work.
The frame is punctuated by fluted columns, carved floral motifs, and an elegant ornamental pediment, typical of the Louis XVI/Neoclassical style. The glass is beveled.
The gilding offers a soft and warm hue, with subtle copper highlights that accentuate the reliefs and lend considerable character to the piece.
This authentic patina gives the mirror a unique charm, highly sought after in period interiors.
