Beautiful vintage trinket dish, dating from the 1920s-1950s, in the Art Deco/Art Nouveau style. Made of white Limoges porcelain, unsigned, this is a GDA - Gérard Dufraissex Abbot model. It features two cupped open hands, based on a mold of George Sand's hands, with vine leaves and grapes at the base, inspired by a decorative motif by Cocteau.
Maximum length: 21 cm, maximum width: 16 cm, maximum height: 4.5 cm. In very good overall condition, with minor, discreet stains in the center. Approximately 800g.
