For sale is one original Haarer Hanau glass condiment container/spice jar with a screw-top lid (bayonet fitting) for Frankfurt cuisine (a total of five are available: caraway, cloves, cinnamon, and two unlabeled).
These containers were designed by Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky and manufactured by Gebrüder Haarer Hanau am Main. All are marked with the manufacturer's mark.
Dimensions per jar: Height of jar without lid: 13 cm; Height of jar with lid: approx. 16 cm; Lid diameter: approx. 7 cm; Jar diameter: approx. 5.8 cm; Weight: approx. 260 g each.
The jars are in age-appropriate, used condition with corresponding signs of wear, residue, patina, and scratches, some with slight oxidation. There is no damage to the jars. The original seals are present on all jars. The containers and the locking mechanism function correctly.
