This exceptional floor lamp was designed by René Roubíček and produced in Nový Bor, the historic center of Czech glassmaking. The piece represents a striking fusion of lighting design and sculptural glass art, characteristic of Roubíček’s experimental and expressive approach during the mid-20th century.
The lamp features a vertical metal structure articulated with starburst glass elements and suspended hand-cut glass pendants in a vivid spectrum of colors. The dynamic composition creates a strong visual presence and transforms light into a decorative, almost kinetic experience.
