Beautiful compact vintage dining set, also known as a 'Roundette'.
This dining set was designed by the Danish designer Hans Olsen for the Frem Røjle factory in the 1950s. It consists of an extendable table and four chairs. The triangular seats of the chairs are placed on three legs. The seats and backrests are upholstered in faux leather. The table has a mechanism that makes it easy to unfold (photos available upon request). The chairs and table are signed. The set is placed together: the table is made of teak, the chairs of rosewood. This means the table needs to be raised slightly (see photos to slide chairs underneath).
Signs of use appropriate for its age (see photos), chairs in very good condition.
Chairs: height 70 cm | seat height 44 cm | width 50 cm | depth 44 cm.
