This modular corner sofa, designed by Carlo Bartoli for Rossi di Albizzate, is a striking example of Italian design from the 1970s. The 'Bogo' model is known for its generous proportions and inviting, voluminous design characteristic of the era. The sofa is upholstered in a striped wool fabric in warm beige and brown tones, contributing to its organic and comfortable appearance. The construction consists of multiple modular elements, allowing the configuration to be flexibly adapted to the space. The original Rossi di Albizzate leather brand label is still present, confirming the authenticity of this design. The furniture is in a condition commensurate with age and use, while retaining its character and functionality. The original upholstery reveals the history of the piece. This Bogo sofa comes into its own perfectly in a vintage or eclectic interior. The warm colors and soft lines form a strong focal point in a spacious living room or lounge area. The middle extension is not in its original position and can be easily removed. One clear hole (fortunately) on the back of the handrail.
