The Duna floor lamp by Barbaglia and Colombo for the Italian PAF Studios is an elegant design piece from the 1980s. This refined floor lamp combines Italian craftsmanship with a minimalist look and makes a stylish addition to a modern or mid-century interior.
The Duna was designed by Mario Barbaglia and Marco Colombo, known for their innovative approach to light and form. A slender steel tube rises from a matte black cast iron base, onto which the adjustable lampshade is subtly attached. The shade can be both rotated and tilted, allowing the lamp to be used for direct reading light or indirect ambient lighting.
A special feature of this early version is the original dimmer located on the side of the fixture, unlike later versions where the dimmer is integrated into the cord. Thanks to this dimmer, the light intensity can be easily adjusted, making the lamp ideal for a variety of spaces.
The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, polished, and technically inspected in our workshop and is ready for immediate use. The fixture is made of high-quality metal and is in good vintage condition. Height: 165 cm
