'Dreamer' invites the viewer into a liminal world where reality dissolves into illusion. With a gaze that is both inward and transcendent, the central figure stands poised between between the city and nature. The face, adorned with ritualistic dot patterns, evokes ancestral memory, inner mapping, or dreams encoded in skin.
Warm earthy tones—burnt orange, umber, and slate grey—merge with bold graphic elements, echoing African-inspired abstraction and modernist figuration. A grid-like structure and organic tree forms frame the figure, suggesting thresholds: between worlds, identities, or states of consciousness.
