Spirol double-door filing cabinet, 1950s, light oak
A charming piece of furniture straight from a 1950s office, made by Spirol, a leading office furniture brand of that era.
The mechanism has been serviced and now works perfectly, as do the locks (with 2 keys).
The shelves slide out, allowing for great flexibility and multiple uses; you can remove or add them.
Use it in an entryway as a shoe cabinet, in a kitchen for a touch of whimsy (plates, glasses, etc.), in a bathroom (towels), or simply for its original purpose: filing documents!
Excellent condition, slight shadows at the top (see photo above, nothing serious, just mentioned for the sake of clarity). Solid oak and veneer in perfect condition, attractive black metal handles, beeswax finish, ready to be installed :-)
