Spirol double-door filing cabinet, 1950s, light oak
A charming piece of furniture straight out of a 1950s office, made by Spirol, a major office furniture brand of that era.
The mechanism has been serviced and now works perfectly, as do the locks (with 2 keys).
The shelves slide out, allowing for great flexibility and multiple uses; you can remove or add them...
In an entryway as a shoe cabinet, in a kitchen for a quirky touch (plates, glasses, etc.), in a bathroom (towels), or simply for its original purpose: filing documents!
Excellent condition, slight shading at the top (see photo above, nothing serious, just mentioned for the sake of clarity). Solid oak and veneer in perfect condition, attractive black metal handles, beeswax finish, ready to be installed :-)
