This fantastic vintage globe from DORIA is hand blown and made of so-called iced glass, finished with a chrome holder. With the golden LED pear inside, this makes for particularly warm ice cream :)
Made in the 60s, and yet a timeless design. You can feel the quality of the lamp in everything.
This smaller, matching version is also available!
Condition: very good.
There is a chip under the chrome cover. This is not visible because the cap hangs over it (last photo). Including new LED lamp.

About DORIA
The internationally renowned brand DORIA was founded in 1945 in Sonnfeld, Germany. In addition to glass production, she produced the most special, innovative lamps of the most beautiful quality designed by important designers. The company was at its heyday in the 1960s and 1970s. The hand-blown chandeliers, hanging lamps, table lamps and ceiling lamps made of high-quality glass became internationally famous.
When the mass production of glass became more and more popular in the 1980s, the company went bankrupt as a result of cheaper competition. Shame! If only more of these hand-blown lamps were made.
