Beautiful and unique chair designed by Danish icon Kai Kristiansen for the Danish quality brand Schou Andersen Møbelfabrik, 1960s.
A stunning, iconic model. One of the finest Danish designs from that era. Solid teak frame.
Beautiful, organically shaped. Graceful wood joinery, beautifully rounded edges, and stunning visible wood grain. The frame is structurally sound and in solid condition.
The chair is upholstered in ochre-yellow velvet, which is still in beautiful, rich condition. No worn spots or tears. The fabric contrasts beautifully with the dark frames. The interior is still in good condition, and the seat stays are still nicely taut.
