Product description
This Dijkstra pendant lamp is a rare piece of lighting from the Space Age era. The UFO-like design combines a sleek, chrome-plated metal ring with a warm, orange plexiglass shade, creating a distinctive and atmospheric lighting effect. Beneath the orange shade sits a second, opaline white shade. Together, these create a beautiful light distribution.
The lamp is crafted from metal with a chrome finish and features two plexiglass domes at the top and a plexiglass ring at the bottom. (See first photo) The design is equipped with a pull cord, allowing the height to be easily adjusted. The reflective exterior contrasts beautifully with the warm glow shining through the orange dome when the lamp is lit.
The lamp is in good condition, commensurate with its age and use. The original finish and character of the design have been well preserved, contributing to the authentic appearance of this vintage piece. The wiring has been recently renewed.
