Diana Kortbeek (1947) has been one of the established values of the Dutch art world from 1979. She was always looking for the essence and simplicity of form. Initially in images, figurative but stylised and with organic, round shapes. Later also in paintings – mostly abstract and very colourful. The warm colours bring the character. She exhibited all over the world and counted the large collectors as her regular clientele. The unique shapes of her sculptures yielded her world-class assignments. Such as the prestigious Premiere Rampe Prix of the annual Cirque Monaco and the Elegance Award. She participates in trade missions 'Women in Leadership' and she exhibits in prominent places in South Africa.
