Condition of the armchair: The chair is in used but structurally sound condition. Over the years, the leather has acquired a lived-in patina and shows some superficial signs of use/wear on the armrests (see photos). This actually gives the chair a rugged character, but could potentially be made sleeker again by an enthusiast using the right leather color cream. The seat is still firm and the seating comfort is as you would expect from Montis: excellent.
