We can rightfully call these dazzling armchairs that.
This relatively rare piece of seating furniture is a product of the renowned furniture factory De Ster and has earned the nickname "knot" due to its design.
The model features a very distinctive frame where the side connection is reminiscent of a stylized knot. Over the years, this model has grown into a true Dutch design classic and is sought after by enthusiasts worldwide.
It is 100% certain that the model was made by furniture factory De Ster and is of unprecedented world-class design; this is a so-called ladies' armchair with a "low" backrest.
The sculptural frame, crafted from solid teak wood, features beautiful organic forms and is open-worked on the sides; the whole is very reminiscent of the designs and finishes sometimes seen on expensive ships. Just look at how beautifully the armrests blend into the frame—exceptionally beautiful!
The upholstery and filling have been completely replaced by the best craftsmen. A beautiful green wool upholstery fabric was chosen, extra soft and in an intense dark green color.

Richwool is an eco-friendly upholstery fabric. The combination of pure virgin wool and alpaca wool ensures a rich appearance and unprecedented softness.
