Teak coffee table by the Belgian brand Creafort featuring a reversible top and a hand-woven rattan shelf, made in the 1970s. The combination of warm teak and natural rattan is typical of the Scandinavian-inspired design from that period, with the solid finish you have come to expect from Creafort.
The eye-catcher is the reversible top: one side displays teak veneer with a beautiful, subtle grain, while the other side features a light laminate. This allows you to switch the table between a natural wood look and a lighter, durable finish — practical for everyday use and easy to adapt to your interior. The slightly curved top rests on a solid teak frame with tapered legs and rounded details where the legs meet the top. The rattan shelf underneath provides extra space and an airy appearance.
A versatile mid-century piece that fits in a living room, reading nook, or more compact interior, and combines well with both vintage and contemporary furniture. In good vintage condition: the teak has retained its color and grain, the laminate side is clean, and the cane is intact, with light signs of use on the frame.
