A delicate and refined ceramic sculpture created by Pietro Spertini for the historic Lenci factory in Turin, renowned in the early 20th century for its high artistic quality.
The figure depicts a Madonna with folded hands, serene face, and closed eyes, wrapped in a wide cloak entirely hand-decorated with multicolored floral motifs, painted with exceptional detail.
The gentle features, clean lines, and soft tones fully embody the Art Deco style and figurative poetics that defined Lenci’s 1930s production.
The base bears the painted signature "Lenci – Made in Italy."
Excellent overall condition.
