This bottle comes from a special "political circus" series.
Indeed, the prize for political humor undoubtedly goes to the Jim Beam decanter collection:
This series, launched in 1956, offers two decanters per presidential election year, each representing an animal symbolizing the Democratic Party (the donkey) and the Republican Party (the elephant), in various guises and situations.
In excellent condition.
Several other "donkey" decanter models by Jim Beam can be found in our shop: clown, ringmaster, Southern politician, etc.
