This bottle comes from a special "political circus" series.
Indeed, the prize for political humor undoubtedly goes to the Jim Beam decanter collection:
This series, launched in 1956, features two decanters per presidential election year, each representing an animal symbolizing the Democratic Party (the donkey) and the Republican Party (the elephant), in various guises and situations.
In excellent condition. Rare with its original top hat.
