Experience timeless comfort with the Cassina Maralunga 2-seater sofa. This vintage piece features the original black-grey striped textile finis.
Designed by Vico Magistretti, the Maralunga is celebrated for its adjustable headrest and plush cushions, offering both style and functionality. Ideal for those who appreciate classic design with modern comfort.
Due to the fabric, the sofa is difficult to capture in photos.
The left backrest mechanism works perfectly and is fully functional. The right backrest has a small defect in one of the internal support structures.
The backrest contains two flexible support elements inside the upholstery. One of these still functions properly, while the other appears to be partially broken. The backrest can still be adjusted up and down, but this side offers slightly less control over the shape and therefore requires a bit more care when adjusting.
A previous owner also appears to have attempted a repair, which resulted in a small visible repair to the upholstery in that area. This is relatively subtle and can be seen in one of the photos in the listing.
