This seven-piece dining room set, based on the "Carimate" model, was designed by Vico Magistretti for Cassina in the 1960s. The combination of its distinctive shape and bold color scheme makes this ensemble a prime example of Italian mid-century design.
The set includes a rectangular dining table and six chairs, crafted from green lacquered wood. The chair seats are traditionally woven from rush, creating a delightful tactile and visual contrast to the smooth, colored wood surface.
