A set of four Italian wall sconces in thick, iridescent Murano glass, attributed to Carlo Nason for A.V. Mazzega, produced in the 1960s/70s. Each sconce consists of a geometrically shaped, clear glass element enclosing a central section in shades of opaline blue. Depending on the angle and temperature of the light, the glass displays blue, lilac, opalescent, and slightly golden reflections. The wall brackets are made of white painted metal, concealed behind the glass. The four sconces are of the same design and form a cohesive set. They can be installed individually or arranged in a series. Dimensions of each sconce: Height: 38 cm, Width: 18 cm, Depth: 14 cm. Signs of wear consistent with age. Variations, irregularities, and textures in the glass are visible in the photographs.
