Product description
This is a distinctive coffee table by the Danish manufacturer Trioh, designed in collaboration with Ox Art in the 1970s. What makes this piece of furniture so special is the expressive combination of warm wood and the robust, hand-painted tile top featuring a distinct abstract motif.
The table is crafted with a sturdy wooden frame that follows the characteristic clean lines of Scandinavian design. The tabletop consists of ceramic tiles in earthy tones such as brown and beige, which together form a striking geometric and slightly rough pattern. The artwork is signed in the corner with Ox Art 76, confirming its authenticity and the year of production. The construction displays craftsmanship, visible in the beautiful wood joints at the corners.
The furniture is in good condition.
The tiles are intact and the wood has retained its warm, original finish. This table comes into its own perfectly in an eclectic or mid-century modern interior, where it combines effortlessly with a soft rug and other wooden elements.
The table has the original factory stamp on the underside.
