Impressive handmade bronze sculpture from Nigeria, purchased in 2004. This unique art object is made of bronze, weighs more than 20 kg and has a height of no less than 84 cm - an extraordinary size that immediately catches the eye.
The style and finish allude to the rich traditions of Yoruba or Benin art, known for their detailed portrait art with royal or spiritual symbolism.
