Product description
A striking Dutch coffee table from the late 19th century, designed by Matthijs Horrix for the renowned furniture makers Horrix Den Haag, dating from the 1890s. The table features a beautifully hand-carved solid walnut base in the Black Forest style, combined with the original carved and inlaid top, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship for which Horrix is known.
The table is in very good original condition, with light signs of wear consistent with age and use, and has retained a rich, attractive patina.
