Black brutalist resin stone coffee table, 1970s The Netherlands. This spacious brutalist coffee table dates from the 1970s and is made from cast resin stone. Formed in a single piece, it has a solid, sculptural presence, with a pronounced textured surface that plays a key role in the overall design and character of the piece. The round top is supported by a distinctive base with arched cut-outs, adding a strong architectural feel while maintaining balance and stability. Its dark tone and bold materiality make it a striking yet versatile piece for both modern and vintage-inspired interiors. Little is known about the original designer or manufacturer, but the style shows similarities to the work of Ado Chale. A well-proportioned and characterful table with a strong visual presence. In very good vintage condition.
