Product description
Antique beer stein, made of pewter, dating from 1749. It bears no maker's mark, only a mark on the base indicating the tin content of the alloy, 95%. The figure of an angel with a sword indicates that it is lead-free and made of pure pewter. It is in excellent condition, both inside and out. The exterior shows some irregularities in the pewter due to age and use. Measurements: 23 cm high, 13 cm wide, and 9 cm at the mouth. It is a collector's item.
