A pearl of a closet, for the real enthusiasts! This cabinet, by the English maker "Beautility" is a piece of furniture that is very rare on the European mainland. This manufacturer, known for its quirky and beautiful furniture, specialized in so-called "Dining Room" furniture. The example offered here is an early Mid Century piece, we still see the somewhat round shapes from, for example, the art deco styles that were very popular in England in the years before the war. At the end of the 1950s, the furniture in the United Kingdom also became tighter, and especially much more rectangular, we see that stage of design exactly reflected in this example. Where the doors still have a beautiful, slightly round shape, the top, including the sides, has a nice tight shape. An extremely rare combination between sideboard (sideboard) and bar cabinet has been chosen. During the day, this cabinet steals the show in every room, from the office to the living room with its warm colours, beautiful shapes and more than beautiful drawing in the wood. When the evening falls and the cosiness reigns supreme, this cabinet can be turned into a great bar furniture, literally in the blink of an eye! Your most beautiful glassware and your tastiest bottles get a stage and the fun continues until the late hours! This original cabinet comes directly from our network in England and was found there with the first owners in the spring of 2022. Considering the age of more than 65 years, the condition can be called very neat, there are no damage or defects that are remarkable for a cabinet of this age. We are therefore talking about an original piece of furniture in beautiful vintage condition. In our workshop, the rotating bar part has been neatly checked, and the locks and shafts have been made normal again.
