Original Grande Papilio armchair with matching ottoman, designed by Naoto Fukasawa for B&B Italia. Executed in black leather and equipped with the characteristic 360-degree swivel mechanism. The flowing shape, high back, and integrated arm zones ensure exceptional seating comfort, while the silhouette remains sculptural from every angle. Includes original ottoman.
Execution in black leather in good used condition. A few superficial scratches on the seat surfaces have been carefully touched up with a matching leather dye, making them barely noticeable during normal use.
The Grande Papilio is one of Naoto Fukasawa's most recognizable designs. The high backrest unfolds like wings around the user, creating a comfortable, almost cocoon-like seating experience. It offers an organic transition between seat and back.
