Product description
This is a wall light from the Bauhaus era, manufactured in Germany by the manufacturer S.W. The piece combines a chrome-plated metal frame with a fabric shade, which is characteristic of the period. The design is accentuated by three stylized, elongated fins on the front, giving the lamp a dynamic and sculptural appearance. The construction consists of a polished metal frame with a hammered finish on the top, testifying to the craftsmanship of that time. The lamp is marked with 'S.W. Made in Germany', schwintzer & weber, confirming its origin. The current shade features a modern graphic insert in black and white, but the original, pleated fabric shade is included for restoration purposes.
